A Wide Variety of Wood and Laminate Flooring Options

Your floors are one of the first things that visitors to your home or commercial property will notice. Installing new hardwood or laminate flooring or refinishing existing flooring can bring a sense of elegance to your space, while also providing the durability you need. Aesthetic Flooring Inc offers a huge variety of quality solid and engineered flooring options for prices you can afford.

Determining the Type of Floor That's Right For You

  • Solid wood - These types of floors are made from one solid piece of wood that is generally 3/4" thick. They are available in several widths. Due to the fact that hardwood flooring is more susceptible to moisture than engineered wood, they should only be installed over approved wooden subfloors. A benefit of solid wood flooring is that it can typically be relocated and / or refinished several times.
  • Engineered Wood - They are produced by laminating several hardwood plies together to form the planks. One of the benefits of engineer floors is they are less expensive than solid wood and can also be installed over a variety of subflooring, including wood, dry concrete, and some existing flooring. They come in a variety of widths, thicknesses and colors and can be installed using glue, staples or a floating method.
  • Exotic Wood - These types of floors are perfect for the individual who is looking for something very unique. They are made from species of wood that are not found in North America. They are distinctly different than North American hardwoods and offer a very visually striking appearance.
  • Prefinished Flooring - One of the biggest benefits of installing prefinished flooring is that (depending on size), your job may be completed the same day. They are less messy to install and have a factory-applied finish containing aluminum oxide that makes them extremely durable. This type of finish cannot be duplicated with on-site finishing.
  • Unfinished Flooring - While unfinished floors typically take at least several days to install, stain, and finish, they also provide a unique set of benefits, including the ability to choose the specific color and finish that's right for your space.
